ACD got the General Veers costume (transformed into AT-AT Commander) because he commanded the AT-AT forces.  That was before my time, and I'll not comment on whether or not I agree with it.  Nor do I particularly wish to rehash that debate.

That does not mean that every single officer costume with battle armor necessarily goes to ACD.  Their mandate, specifically is " ... facilitates the Research, Archiving, Development & Creation for all Imperial Ground Assault Vehicle Operators/Commanders of the Star Wars saga."  Not "Anyone with officer uniform and chest armor"

In the case of these officers such as Rebels Thrawn, Pryce, etc, that already have existing costumes represented, they are seen donning battle armor once or twice on screen, and not specifically and only to command ground assault vehicles.  It makes more sense to me, and the current LMO Team, to simply add in said Battle Armor as an optional accessory to their respective CRL.  Once someone actually make it to reference, that is.

We (LMO Team) will not be creating new CRL's of the same costumes for another Detachment just to account for battle armor.  If the LMO Team is different next year, of course that opinion may change, but as it stands now, battle armor on these characters will be optional accessories on their current CRL's.  And the CRL's are not moving to another detachment.

Assuming anyone actually makes said battle armor.

Hello.  Your neighborhood LMO is here with a new chapter of "Update That CRL".

Pursuant to the overall activity of general review and updating where needed (noted here) ... I've performed a review of the Admiral Daala - Flightsuit CRL.

Rather than post the CRL in entirety below, I will say that the only changes (outside of spelling, etc) is:

    1. On the flightsuit, allowing both darker olive and black piping.
    2. Minor language smoothing for clarity purposes.

These edits have not been performed yet.  I will be making them live November 9.  If there are any further updates to this specific CRL desired, post here.

    Friendly neighborhood LMO here.

There has been a wealth of references submitted here.  The LMO Team has went through every piece of it, including the things uploaded just yesterday.  I will emphasize that from our perspective that when we decided if any specific reference was useable or not, we did not do so with the mindset of attempting to prove the existence of the character in the Star Wars Universe.  It definitely exists.  Nor were we concerned over the references being EU or Legends sourced.  After all, we do have a Detachment that specializes in such.

The mindset we had when reviewing the material was trying to establish a common, replicatable, and uniform costume.  With that in mind, a good 80% of the material cannot be used for our (Legion's) purposes.  However, of the remaining 20% of material (which is still a good bit, mind you), the references are clear, show uniformity, show full length back/side/front, show detail.

Yes, we will make a CRL of the character: Imperial Army Trooper.

However.  It will not be exactly what the first pass was in recreating it.  The LMO Team, thus far, has determined that a good baseline of what the character uses as a consistency base is the harness, suit, belt, helmet.  Other items may be added as optional accessories, but we will get to that when we get to it

We are placing this in No Detachment Affiliation for the time being, and the LMO Team will work with Tarrif (and others, if any are) directly on the production of the costume, first,  to match the acceptable references, and then secondly, create the CRL based on that.

    Anywho.

Can the chalk cylinders be made to look good ?  Yes.

Then the applicant should be worked with and guided to how to make the things look good.  GML's passing horrible looking chalkholders isn't the fault of the standard, per se`.  Should the language used be looked at to help tighten the gap on what is a "bad" chalkholder and what isn't?  Maybe, and worth consideration.

Hello everyone ... Friendly Neighborhood LMO here ...

Along with Juno's Rogue Shadow updates, it makes sense to fold in any needed updates to her Dress Uniform CRL.

Here is the planned new text.  THIS IS NOT LIVE YET.  Not really much to mention here, other than to shift language to provide consistency with Juno's other CRL, and to remove references to ANH and the other OT movies in her tunic entry.    If there are no objections, this will be made live along with Juno's other CRL update.  Please provide feedback
