The Cartoon and Live Action CRLs are separated. I believe Yellow is excluded on the live-action non-saga until we see a non-saga ISB Officer in live action with one.
That said, if you really want to wear one at a troop, just ask your GML. They'll likely be fine with it.

Project boxes would get you closer. Snips and one of those hand used brakes gives the best results without going into full press break territory

Welcome to IOC and congratulations on approval!
You'll need to request detachment access here and follow the instructions from the original post: https://www.imperialofficer.com/forum/index.php?/topic/1670-ioc-member-status-requests/

For now, though, I'm keeping this simple, with the first two items I initially mentioned, and a requirement for Andor-style boxes at L3 (if present at all... don't forget they're optional). We can further adjust next round, if needed.
I think we need to further this discussion for next round. Both the gunmetal call out, the pill call out only at level 3.
Also do we see any attendants without them? I haven't combed the episodes

Maybe I look at them too often, but I can easily tell the difference from 15 feet away.
I think if we're breaking chops over leather belt grooves and dyed edges it should easily be a level 2-3 requirement. I'd also merge the requirements into one, listing the wrong CRL item on an unseen costume was a big taboo for other costumes in the past.

Question: Do we see any with non-saga style boxes? Or was that a copy-pasta from the ISB NS crl?
-
Like @kman said, notched only on OT hats.
I'm curious if unnotched ones were from the original turn table, or were a different part made up extra (which is why they miss the notch... it's annoying to add if they're making new ones).

Coin shot looks much better. I'll take a picture next time I have an ANH style one on my workbench. That buckle doesn't look great at that angle.

Sorry it wasn't officially stated anywhere in the post so I may have missed it, but we're adding edge dyed/undyed status to CRL level requirements?
Grooves I get, they're very visible, but edge dying is kind of an overly accurate detail level, especially with ESB and ROTJ showing dye mixes. Heck I do leather work and even I can't tell the difference when I see costumers in person.
I mean if we're gonna get to that level we may as well start requiring stitch holes in badges and internal snap placement and stuff like that, which I think is a little beyond the spirit of even level 3.

There are several tunic and pants makers. My biggest suggestion is Clothears costumes. They're top notch and tailored to size.
Dunno novos and Wampawear both sell off the shelf sizes. I don't love the wampawear hat personally, but they both run less expensive than a tailored set.
I'd advise against Cosplaysky, the cheapest option, as their green is very incorrect and the hat isn't correct.
For boots, I've several pairs of heasen antique and love them. You can also try to get lucky with eBay.
Badge, belt boxes, code cylinders, and belts--my wife and I co-run Bailey Builds ( ezrabaileybuilds.com or clicky link in signature) where we hand make all of that stuff to the highest accuracy.

If you need a fully dyed leather only belt let me know, we can definitely make you one.
Alternatively, snag a grooving tool from your local leather store or Amazon. They're around $10 and can make a stitch groove with ease. No sense in ditching the whole belt

Fantastic looking costume Riva!

There's only one OT "Staff Officer", the ANH 451-style one. Pretty rare costume that was erroneously coupled together in the past with any black tunic officer.
Temp in the URL is very likely just a wiki mistake. @chicken45 any ideas?

I'm also on the hunt for a synthetic leather 2" officer belt with the incisions along the top and bottom edges. I have a good buckle already, though I'm open to getting another buckle if someone knows of a "total package" option.
Why synthetic? Real leather will hold up better.
If it's for vegan reasons, plastic is much much much worse for the environment; check out Cactus leather or similar as a vegan option instead. You'll have to diy but making a black belt isn't too tough.

Chelsea boots are a style not a brand. They tend to be pretty commonly available (especially in black). I found them at local big box stores even!

Long time coming, good decision

But I won't put it into the draft CRL since there's no solid evidence, just speculation. And I wish that our CRL promote re-usability across similar characters instead of specification to one single character. After all, no two leaves are exactly the same in the world.
I concur firmly; that's a little too much for a CRL (even level 2+)

Also worth noting his code cylinders are all kinds of stupid compared to others. I *suspect* they're just aluminum tubes with clips glued on them as they look unlike any replica or real accurate dosimeter I've ever seen.

Very good eye! They looked Anthology sized on screen to me but after pixel counting with a known height, they are indeed approx 18.4mm which aligns to original trilogy sizes!
