^ This. And then if official sources come out, you're already part way to making it

Alay got a reaction from TI28467 in Is the green / olive Imperial Officer costume from Denuo Novo is approved by the 501st legion?
It's pretty good for a stock sizing costume. The only short coming is the code cylinder pockets are not deep enough for appropriate sized cylinders, so you'll need to either modify the pockets to make them deeper, or cut down code cylinders (don't cut originals, they have dangerous chemicals in them. And don't tell me if you cut mine because it makes me sad )
The fabric color looks quite good, I'd say as long as it fits you well, you should be able to reach level 3.

I'm getting more and more excited to add Veers armor to my Line.

Alay got a reaction from Fox in My AT-AT Commander
Posting in Off Topic because it's not technically an officer, but I'm very proud of my Veers.
All the greeblies (helmet rangefinder, back spine, belt emblem, chestplate details, and backpack detail) all made by me. The ABS is from MonCal.
The uniform base is obviously my Clothears Imperial Officer.

Alay got a reaction from SnazzyGent in Clarification on this officer.
Belt boxes: Yep, same!
Jodhpurs and boots: Yep, that sounds like the correct assumption if you can't see the lower half.
2 Cylinders instead of 1: For basic approval, absolutely. If you're doing a level 2/3 costume here, you might have to wear a specific configuration from an on screen officer. Simply remove the cylinder when you take photos for those applications. For day to day trooping, go nuts.
None of the code disk in anything but the Original Trilogy had notches.
For anything outside of Original Trilogy, you should use code cylinders with silver clips.

Alay got a reaction from Jean in Rebels Imperial Security Services Officer Uniform
@Jean it looks fantastic! Great great great work!
@chicken45 do we see belt boxes on any of these guys? Listing them out (especially non-saga/andor) seemed kinda out of place with the rest of the CRL.

Just a single trench-coat, although I love it. It's an olive green that goes with my non-saga military officer.
Not sure if I can wear it with the V2 pants (straight pants), but here it is.
And, with the v1 pants:
Not a huge fan of the belted look, but here's that one, too:

Didn't troop this time, but did attend! Pretty fun time. It's amazing the things you see on a big screen I've never notice before.

Alay reacted to Fox in Andor Drink Goblet
A real-world wine goblet has a stem smaller than the bowl, but the base width is about equal to the bowl. Keeping it from falling over. This Star Wars goblet with no base other than the stem looks like it prone to tipping over when filling the bowl. Unless that stem is very heavy. Maybe I'm just thinking like a cat owner. Who looks at the world from the eyes of I bet my cat would knock that right over.

I will add my request to change the info in the CRL on this costume to include "light grey" as an approvable color. I also have a Jim Tipton tunic. Excellent construction, it's beautiful!
Will the CRL also change in regards to the collar height? Thanks!
