I am doing some research on this character and I have already bought the "hard parts" for the costume. But will tackle the uniform later during the year. But yes It's definitely different (hat and uniform) from a normal staff officer.
As soon as possible I'll be posting my research and pics on the forum. I'll be needing some advice from the experts!

Yes, the LMO team and IOC staff will be there to help you constructing the CRL.Just to be clear, is the process just going ahead with the build, and documenting as I go?
@Hask wrote a few basic things and we can start from there

Hello! Could you please provide a photo of the rank bar straight and in full light, please?
-
Thank you for having it posted here! IOC staff and LMO team are with you to see the CRL done!
Two fundamental steps that have to be done are:
- building step by step the costume
- writing the description
-
Good morning,
The LMO team, consulting with the IOC staff has decided that the best way to have this character portrayed is with a normal ISB officer, the new ranks will be added to the already existing CRL. The wig and lenses (as the CRL do not cover face appearances) are permitted matching Ysanne Isard.
Thank you

Good evening to all!
Sorry for the delay but there has been a lot of interesting discussing on the matter.
The LMO team has come to the decision that the character seems more of the artist's interpretation of the ISB uniform in stead of a totally new cotume. Also there is not enough reference for the back, and the collar that changes from panel to panel. So an entirely new CRL cannot be made.
- BUT -
The team is also discussing the possibility of adding new options in the already existing ISB officer CRL, so the costumer could apply for a "Ysanne Isard version".
In a few days I will come back with the team's decision.
Thank you for your patience,
Liam

Good day to all!
I am Liam Agujari ID 90886 from Italica Garrison and for this year I will be the LMO of the team assigned to the IOC along with Nathan, I'll leave you with a short presentation hoping to work with you for the best!
Name: Liam Agujari
TXID: ID-90886
Garrison: Italica Garrison
Position: Legion Membership Officer
501st Legion Member since April 2014 with a Black Staff Officer costume but I immediately fell in love with other Imperial Officer costumes such as Line Officer which is the one I troop the most with, First Order Colonel loving the colour, but then took flight with my ANH TIE Fighter Pilot and last but not least my recently completed Snowtrooper Commander (which reminds me of my years in service in the Italian Mountain Troops). I am the leader of the Italian IOC Command Division (151st "Death Star" Battalion) which helps everyone who wants to build an Imperial Officer costume and make it the most accurate as possible. I have always helped as best as I could the Italian Wing to build their TIE Fighter Pilots, doing personal researches, building my own hard parts and helping new recruits. Being new to the Blizzard Force I am always searching for the best resources for the Snowtroopers.
I have been SL of SubZeroSquad in 2016 and for the past two years. I have also been GXO in 2017 and GEC for the past two years. In 2018 I have been a LCOG. Now I serves as SL and thanks to my SXO, I have plenty of time to dedicate to the Legion Membership Office.
In my day to day life, I am an Aircraft Technician specialised in helicopters for the Italian Army, I am serving under the arms from 2011 and before entering the Aviation industry I was part of the Italian Mountain Troops. I love my job and luckily this gives me plenty of time for hobbies: the Legion, Warhammer, travels and most importantly the love of my life, whom I met thanks to the 501st and she supports me in all endeavours!- vonmoen, AngelFelix, TK1571 and 5 others

Good morning to all of you!
Yes I surely will discuss this with the LMO team and IOC Staff!
The costume is very interesting and I thinks it is worth the discussion. Your job is awesome!

amazing uniform!
I don't understand how the jacket closes though...is there an overlapping of the raised chest/shouder part? it even looks a different tone of black if that is even possble...
-
Next week I'll post some photos so you can tell me if the jod is worth doing or not as I still have a few doubts.
Thanks for your advice!

Hi! Oh I understand, it does have a modesty panel but it has velcro on it, and the collar closes with two hooks as you can see in the photo. So I have to replace the velcro with two hooks and that should do the job?
-
Hi! I wasn't actually sure what the modesty panel was, so I took a few pics of the whole top, I imagined it was the neckline.
hope it's all ok!
thanks for your time!

oh dear... I put the belt on the wrong way. I'll take another front photo.
but is that the correct distance of the belt popper?
-
Hello! at last I managed to take some pics today!
I know it looks brown but it is because of the sun...but the uniform is olive drab. same as the photos at the beginning of the post.
thanks for your time!

Hello! back again with my application! just modified my belt so the popper sits at 2" from the buckle! When I'm off duty I will take some pictures in full uniform with the cap properly worn.
thanks for your time!
