TBH, it hasn't been a part of the costume that I've spent a lot of time looking at. There is a rather in depth discussion on it going on in the Thrawn threads ATM, I think. Maybe for now we just say "Rebels-style code cylinder with silver clip"?

Do you have a photo?  When I look at the screen grab, their uniforms look green to me.

I have to disagree, I think the new style rankbars as well as the belt buckle are instrumental to the Rebels Era Pfficers (regardless of rank) and as such should be a level one on all Rebels Era Officer CRLs
 

Padding is in the tunic and not in the cape, if the padding was in the cape to look would be very different. I have two levels of padding in my tunic to get the same look

This past Tuesday the Garrison presented Declan with a his honorary membership plaque, a jacket with his name/ID and badges as well as his TK aromor...which is to spec based on the CRL.
 
I wasn't able to attend due to conflicts with work, but I heard that he loved every minute of it. Declan even asked if his mother if he could be enrolled in the Galactic Academy so he can learn how to be a Stormtrooper and "troop" while at the hospital and visit that other sick kids in his ward to "make them happy." WOW... 
 
Declan is such an amazing little man. It's truly humbling and amazing how he thinks of others before himself. I have learned tons form him and I hope for the best outcome for him with his treatments.

Why would Director Krennic specify eye color, while other human officer face characters that appear on screen do not?

There have been reports of a large Rogue dressed in red and white flying in a pod-like vehicle powered by what appears to 8 Tauntaun-like creatures. Orders are to detain and hold for questioning as he may be a Rebel sympathizer trying to deliver secret messages of goodwill to those who would plot against us. Beware as he may have Force abilities that could convince you to release and send him on his merry way.

Still no name for it, but i have found it

It's the bottom one, and as mentioned above seems to be standard issue pistol for Imperials.
Now to find someone who can 3D model it for printing

Eh.  FO TK's and Captain Phasma get plenty of love.  If you mean the FO officers - blame that on Disney and LFL.  EVERY. SINGLE. SCENE. save the outdoors wideangle one with officers is so freaking dark we've been taking forever to pick out details.  Add to it the VD only had a front or a side view of most of them, and it's been a real struggle to make them - sadly they'll probably hold until Episode 8.

It's almost like either the FO forgot to pay the light bill, or Krylo.. I mean, Kylo thought it was cool for it to be dark.

So it looks like they tried to tie up that loose end. It gives us a bit more trouble but makes canon the discrepancies in rank bars we have seen.

I actually counted 4 (yes, I'm that guy, I'm sorry, I'll actually just watch the film tonight  )

One right at the base of the collar, then 3 on up.  I'd say the collar is more like 6-7 CM tall, vs the 4-4.5 that we get standard.  In the meantime, I'd say if you're ordering one, (and you don't have a short neck), put a note in there to make the collar that tall. (I'd take a tape measure or a piece of cardstock that tall and check it in a mirror to make sure you look right with it)

Yes true enough , i think it's Thane who mostly comments about the alien cadets . I like how the New Canon is trying to make the franchise a bit less " male human-centered "
