In the references posted above there clearly is a buckle strap on the boot in the same style as the other non-saga costumes that have riding boots, Krennic for example. So I'm puzzled why this isn't on CRL draft.
 
 
Jodhpur Trousers, Black Fabric is a medium weight suiting material matching the tunic. Cavalry Twill or a Gabardine style weave is most accurate. Version One Trousers are flared riding breeches, with semi-stiff flares to the hip/thigh area. Breeches are worn with boots. Breeches are neatly pressed or ironed without creases. Pockets are acceptable, although must not be visible with the tunic on OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Trousers do not flare out past the width of the tunic.   Officer Boots
Knee-high, black, riding style, lace-less, smooth non-textured, leather or leather-like material. There are no buckles, snap tabs, or decoration. Boots have conservative heels. A single stretch panel or zipper may be present, they are to be hidden on the inner part of the boot shaft. Not visible from the front, side or back. The top of the boots may be flat or Spanish Style, but not Cowboy or Super Hero (pointed at the front) style. A small V-shaped notch may be present on the back of the boots top.  
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Boots can have a zipper. Boots have a top adjustment strap on the outside of the boot with a small buckle. OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Boots are made of leather. Not vinyl or PVC. Exact replicas of English riding (dress) boots or Equestrian boots.  
 
       

The one thing that stood out to me the most re-watching the Bad Batch was the shape of Admiral Ramparts rankbar, it's smaller then a live action rankbar and it has squared tiles instead of rectangular push lens caps. It's most noticeable when compared to Tarkin.

Hello! Since there was an available record of Grand Admiral Rae Sloane being accepted as a NTTL a few years back, we have decided that it would not be needed to have another LMO poll for a costume that was already considered a right fit for the IOC.

As all of the available images of Grand Admiral Sloane's uniform share the same features as the Star Wars Rebels uniform of Admiral Thrawn (https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:ID_Thrawn_rebels) we would think it best that the same parts on this costume match the existing text, references and items that are currently being used by the Thrawn CRL.

I have taken the request to the LMO discussion with the second LMO for the IOC @shadan and the wonderful IOC Detachment Leaders @buckrogersbarker & @kman and their invaluable CRL lead @Hoda to discuss the different views with everyone. It's then upto the Detachment Command to decide if they want to submit a poll request to the LMO team.
