Do not worry about doing dosimeters, rather, I will implement the production with other types and those of ep7 that are always real dosimeters

Glad to hear it. You make the best code cylinders out there, and I didn't want to see someone ripping you off, or reselling your work.

Lets just do this...  Hey @ID6187.  Are you aware of Tosche Traders using what appears to be photos of some of your props?  If so, could you let us know if there is an agreement between you and them?
    Thanks!

I've heard of them.  They're a legit group that formed from the MEPD, primarily, fairly recently.  If those are indeed Philo's boxes and dosimeters, they most likely worked out a deal with him to resell them.  As far as I know, they're legit, but I've never dealt with them directly, personally.

For the OP, however, you would do better to order directly from Philo.  He has sales threads here in the IOC Sales forums, as well as a shop on Etsy. (PhiloProps)

The image was more of a diagram for my dad. He has no idea what Philo or Museum Replicas is. However, he has all the tools to make these so I wanted to send it to him to help be crystal clear about the sizing.

Yup, IE here. Maybe I can make my way out to an LA troop after I finish my officer and we can order around all the underlings or I can snoop around with Garindan.

Is it just me, or is your image not showing up correctly?

Be aware that the CRL dimensions are NOT be correct.  They've been slated to be corrected for some time now.  Really not sure what the hold up is, on correcting that particular inaccuracy.  There are other threads on this topic scattered around where leadership has confirmed the issue with the CRL text.

The longest dimension is roughly 3.5", not the 4.5" that is cited in the CRL.  I'll see if I can dig out the accurate sizes.

Here we go:  The accurate dimensions should be: 2 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" tall x 1" deep

Go with Philo.  His measurements have been cited by command, in other threads.

That said, no one is breaking out a ruler and demanding you be within 1/16" of an inch or you fail.  As long as the proportions and size are in the right ballpark, you should be fine.  THAT said, the CRL measurements are positively bizarre. (4.5" tall?  Crazy!)  I have no idea how they've spent so long visibly wrong.  (People HAVE made boxes to those CRL size specs, and they just look BAD.)  I have no idea why it has yet to be corrected when they've realized it was wrong since at least 2014!  (judging by the date that BJ, our former leader, brought it up in the management forum)  It's possible they had some reasons to leave them as such at the time, but the momentum is clearly in the direction of the more common (smaller) box sizes,

Those shiny boxes in the photo above are from Museum Replica's boxes, btw.  Not exactly the same size as Philo's, but visibly closer to Philo's than the CRL measurements.

L.A. Squad.  You're IE, right?  Great group of guys.  Look forward to trooping with you all later this year!

Normally I'd agree with the ease things in slowly approach. When the CRL was written the information was good with the knowledge we had to hand at the time, now we know different. I'd say it's more confusing to ease the change in, just do it. As a GML I'd say use a degree of common sense and be flexible with people who had started costumes before the changes were made.

This member can submit as Hux, either with a wig or hair color.  I have a friend that did the same.  Save time and headache everyone, submit as Hux and resubmit if we ever can make the Generic General CRL fly.

The reality is that it has to be driven by the DL.  Maybe spam BJ's inbox, but he or his designee has to take this to the LMO.  Also too, you need pictures in ASAP.  You can get the text in, but then it will need LMO review until you get all the pictures squared away and the GML's can do local approvals.

Lastly, you need one exemplar (person) to be submitted as the CRL model.

But mainly, it's in BJ's court now, the CRL is way ahead of where it could be and should be a good basis point.
