With the ISB tunic, you have to give them very, very very specific detailed instructions, or they might possibly make a white version of the regular officer's tunic....

A shame there are no true Imperial enlisted ranks. At least not ever seen on a uniform.
I'm glad the First Order seems to recognize them more so, with their Petty Officer designations.  

CosplaySky's officer uniforms can be taken to Level 3, as long as they fit you correctly.
 
Obviously the other accessories need to meet the requirements as well.

Here is a pic from an event that is close to my heart.  I was leading the Northern Darkness Garrison as we appeared and participated in the Out of Darkness Walk for Suicide awareness and prevention in Ft. Wayne, Indiana yesterday.
 
Most of you don't know that I have lost 2 children to suicide.  My beautiful daughter Jessica in 1999 and my adopted son Greg in 2013.  This pic was taken on October 2 which is 1 day before the day, 17 years ago that I lost Jessica.  It was a very emotional day for me and all of my NDG/501st family were there for me.
 
The 501st is filled with great and caring people.  I'm blessed to know all of you!

In all seriousness, I hope it pans out. We're about due for a new cap provider. I expect my Anovos uniform to arrive right after EPMMCDII. 

Plus the fact at this point due to no pictures of the finished product do we even know if the Anovos uniforms can be cleared, the prototypes certainly cant without work

I don't see a huge difference between his uniform items and anything we've seen before, besides his big ol' capetastic cape of course. Maybe down the road, we'll add the little differences for L2/L3. 

Yeah, Jir is a Lt. Almost every officer in Star Wars is mis-labeled "commander" either on screen  (Motti addressing Tagge, Vader addressing Jerjerrod, ect) or in some random description on line. It's more of a "this guy is in charge" title, than a rank. The original Kenner action figure of General Veers was painted as a Staff Officer & called only "Imperial Commander".

It is created from a costuming point of view, and not meant to explain every rank's importance or how they differ from movie to movie (that's what fan fiction is for). It is just a simple chart that shows what rank officially goes on what costume. Code cylinders are intentionally excluded, and can be referenced in the CRLs.
