Personally, I have my odd Navy Trooper collection. I think it's interesting to compare every Figurine collection, going from the most vintage one to the «modern» black series and 40th Anniversary Edition. I think I have just one missing.

Personally, I think I like Anovos the best.  Unfortunately, they're sold out and I doubt they'll be getting more in.
 
Wampa Wear is the usual go-to.  They sell out very fast, though, and go months between new shipments.  They might be your best bet, in terms of reasonable price and great quality, but there will be a bit of a wait.
 
There are cheaper places (like CosplaySky) where you roll the dice on whether they're constructed right (sometimes yes, others, no), and there are more expensive custom options like Pilot Bay, where you pay a premium and have a long wait to receive it (over 6 months, last I heard), but it's custom made for you and as close to perfect as it gets.
 
I believe Imperial Boots is selling them now, but I don't have a lot of feedback on quality.  They haven't been making them long.

I have done that with a Cosplaysky costume. Got a pretty good result. But after... it always depend of your tailor.

I have a punchlist of CRL work going with IOC Staff that I keep updated.  I thought it would be beneficial for the detachment members at large to see the sorts of things we have completed, are working on, and are planning to work on.

I imagine this is a simple addition to "Optional Accessories" for the Navy Trooper - rank bars and code cylinders. Then, when/if we apply for Level 2 and 3, the correct combinations will need to be met just as all our other officers.
 
In terms of straight vs. jodhpur, I would imagine jodhpur for this combination considering the rank and cylinders (Staff Officer with a helmet, basically). Unfortunately, only a behind-the-scenes photo will tell for this one.

I can't swear I'm right, but I think 3D prints are usually fine as long as they're accurate enough, and look good in your photos.  (FWIW, I have some 3D parts on my MSP5, although the base is not printed, and I get a LOT of compliments on it when I bother to wear it, LOL)
 
Are those files you can share, by chance?  I really wanted to do a Nerf conversion, but the supply has dried up without having to pay insane prices for what was a $20 toy. (unless I get really lucky)
