Alright folks.
The plan is for this to go live in early January.  But there will be a window where the current version and the new iteration will both be valid options for new approvals.
That's not an Earth shattering announcement, but it's where we are.
So enjoy the holidays!  We'll have this polished and ready after that.

I'll wait for some 4K Screencaps to do more research, but some differencesdifferes were already mentioned. But I like that they were inspired by the Rogue One costume of the scientists.

Actually that logo on their backs is for the Imperial Department of Military Research.
 

My first thought when I saw this episode was "We would never accept them at the 501st with these uniforms."
But I'm very happy we finally get to see some imperial Officers in the show!
Now let the mess and discussion beginn.... XD

The wheel of officer wardrobe confusion takes yet another turn.
 
In-universe explanation: Empire collapsing, local warlords setting up their own rank/uniform system etc.
 
Behind the scenes: "Ah we'll just take whatevers left from R1/Solo, mix and match on each actor and call it a day."
 
Imperial officers and their uniform accessories just cant seem to get a break.
 
Least thats my 2 cents of it. Still, an absolutely great show.

At the moment, we're sorting out the least disruptive way to implement this.  Also, the naming convention is a sticking point.
I want to have an announcement very, very soon.

Wie Jeff und Kalani bereits gesagt haben, solange du kein Legions branding auf deine persönlichen Sachen drauf knallst, ist es in Ordnung.
 
As Jeff and Kalani already said, ID numbers should be ok once you have one and Kalani pointed something out to consider, personal patches might not be as popular as official Garrison stuff.
And we also don't want the mouse house to be mad at us
You can also ask @Steven about it, he is our Austrian Garrison merch officer and has for sure good advice for you.

No questions from me so far.

First Order!  Very rare costume. I'm more partial to the Lieutenant / Captain, but otherwise, the Teal is solid.
 
Transport would be funny, I agree, but that costume just doesn't sit well with me.  Too on the nose from the inspiration for comfort.

So another lockdown update from my Seamstress friend.
 



 
Lining and piping is now on. We just need to add the hook and eyes to hold the collar, add the small metal bar on the shoulder and the rank band and iron it and its ready. 
 
Next stage is the pants. And my friend has indicated, if we manage to get this to pass muster, she would be interested in commissions for these (I think she has had a lot of fun making this)
 
I am about to start working on the belt at my house and sourcing the gloves. Still have no idea on the hat but the ROS Art book indicated it is very similar to the Imperial Officer hat but with the Stormtrooper neckseal style on the inside.
 

 
Not sure what everyone else's thoughts are on this but would love to hear if anyone noticed anything different.
