  1. Hello Pedro,

Sorry this has taken so long. I have now reviewed your submission for an Imperator promotion for your Imperial Staff Officer.

I will first start off by saying that it is much appreciated that you've gone to such lengths to improve the quality of your hat. The newer one looks much better. However, after discussing this with the rest of the Deployment team, we have determined that although the hat is improved, it is still not without problems. I will try my best to explain. While the hat is more conical before, which is good, it appears as though the "circle" on top is too big, resulting in a bunched up looking hat. I've attached a picture below to show what I mean. I think this could be fixed if the circle was made smaller, making the hat tighter and more form fitted. This would have the added effect of making the hat look even more conical, which would be a significant improvement as well.

I wish I had better news for you. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me. Good luck.

    Cheers,

  2. Hello Joaquín,

Thank you for the new photos. Unfortunately, there is still quite a lot of bunching happening at the top of the boots (I've attached a photo indicating what I am seeing). Are there stirrups on your jodhpurs? If so, they might need to be tightened up a bit more.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we really like to see our Officers looking their absolute best. So if you could retake those photos, making sure that there are no wrinkles and no bunching at the top of the boots, that would be much appreciated.

  3. Hello Fellow Officers!!

Some of you may know, but many likely do not, but I just got married this summer. And, as both of us were huge Star Wars fans, we had... lets say, a themed wedding. It was really great. I dressed up as my Grand Admiral, my best man and all my groomsmen were Officers. Even the bridesmaids wore rank bars, and Krennic (who is also our friend) did the ceremony. We also invited my Garrison to come out and walk down the aisle with us. It was spectacular, and I thought some of you would like to see the pictures. All photo credits go to JRush Photography.

  4. Hello Thomas,

I have now reviewed your submission for an Executor promotion for your ISB Officer (Version 2).

I love the ISB uniform! The white and black uniform is really sharp, and looks great on you. However, before I can promote you, there are some things that I require:

    • Could you please provide full, head to toe, front, back, and both side pictures of you in uniform, looking your best. Before taking your photos, I would highly recommend giving your uniform a good ironing/steaming to get rid of any wrinkles, and if you havent already, I would put stirrups on your jodhpurs to make sure that they dont bunch at the top of your boots
    • Could you provide side pictures of your hat
    • Could you please provide a pictures of your tunic, both front and back, showing that there is a dart in the front, and a circumference seam that runs around the tunic. Also, please provide a picture of the modesty panel
    • Could you provide actual pictures of your belt boxes instead of the pictures from the CRL. A similar angle would be great.

If you could provide me with all these photos, we can continue with this submission. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me. Good luck!!

    Cheers,

  5. Hello Joaquín,

I have now reviewed your submission for an Imperator promotion for your ISB Officer (Version 3).

I really love the look of the ISB officer, and you look very sharp in that uniform. However, before I can promote you, there is one thing that we need to address:

    • There appears to be a bit of bunching of your jodhpurs around the top of your boots. For Imperators, we would like to see our Officers look their best, so to prevent that bunching, I would recommend you add stirrups to your jodhpurs. I would also recommend giving your uniform a good ironing and/or steaming to try and remove some of the wrinkles on the uniform.

Once you've done the above, please take new head to toe, front, back, and both side pictures. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask me. Good luck!!

    Cheers,

    Thank you!

Hmm, would it be cheaper to buy accurate code cylinders instead of having to buy all the supplies to modify the chalk holders?

In my opinion, I think it would be better to buy some really good replica code cylinders. What I ended up doing, which you can see in the YouTube tutorial at the end of that thread is buying some repro clips, which when combined with the cost of the chalk holders, didnt make it worth it imo. You can of course make your own clips, as in Strongbow's tutorial, but I found it really hard and not worth it. In the end, I bought code cylinders from PhiloProps anyways.

But its your call. You can certainly make chalk holders look pretty damn good. But its more "is it worth it".
