Hello Fellow Officers!!
 
Some of you may know, but many likely do not, but I just got married this summer. And, as both of us were huge Star Wars fans, we had... lets say, a themed wedding. It was really great. I dressed up as my Grand Admiral, my best man and all my groomsmen were Officers. Even the bridesmaids wore rank bars, and Krennic (who is also our friend) did the ceremony. We also invited my Garrison to come out and walk down the aisle with us. It was spectacular, and I thought some of you would like to see the pictures. I'm pretty busy lately, so it may take me a few days to get around to look at this. Thank you for your patience. 

The only one we've positively identified as being seen (on screen, I'm not sure if there are any comic featuring them) was a woman, therefore, the CRL follows her specific uniform.  While it's entirely possible there were male Transport Security Officers, we have not yet identified them/seen them, and therefore there's no approved male version at this time.  
 
I can't help but laugh a little- as a woman, so many of our costumes are male-dominated/portrayed as male only, so now there's a female-only one (that's not a specific named female character).  The tables have turned!  I admit it's easier to go that way because pants are generally considered unisex (and armor hides everything).  All in fun!  
 
The alternative would be find an Officer you like, as that would pair well nicely for his/her costuming- the pairing would make sense.  Maybe that guy in the recruitment center.  Or, just make your own version, unofficially.

Usually, my advice for new cadets is pick a costume that you really like. Ultimately, you have to be happy with what you're wearing.
 
There are some staple uniforms which are fairly easy to build/make. A Staff Officer, for example, is a really great costume. A bonus is that the uniform for a Staff officer can be used for other costumes too, like a Warrant Officer and a Navy Trooper Dress Uniform, if you were interested in doing multiple costumes with the same pieces. The Imperial flight suit for a Bridge Crew is another good example of that. You can get 5 costumes out of that, including TIE pilot, Gunner, and Navy Trooper. 
 
So, pick a costume that you like. That's my advice.

I am going to move this submission to the Withdrawn section. If you want to reactivate it, you can post the required photos here. It would be a good idea to use the @ symbol to tag the current Deployment officer. 

I was able to remove and sew the fasteners on myself... with difficulty. But this is where I got. It looks fine, I think. But it's a pain to fasten and I think I'll have to make some additional modifications with the actual fabric the loops are attached too. I need more length, so that it's not so tight when i'm trying to fasten the collar. But for now, I think this should work. 

To my eyes, that tunic is definitely too short. I think the pants should be good enough for basic approval. The belt buckle looks like its the Cosplaysky one, which is not approvable. I think the boots should be okay; the sole looks a little funny to me (almost like FO boots, but not quite), but I think they're okay. And yeah, like everyone else said, the collar definitely needs fixing. It should close square and completely. The collar on the cape should also be flush with the collar on the tunic. Also, I can't see any details on the cape, but it should be made from 15 different panels. I can't see any details on that one from the pics, but I know the Cosplaysky cape is not approvable. 

I love the character, and I love the costume, great job. But it's not different enough to warrant its own CRL in my opinion. As you said, it's the Line Officer CRL but no hat. 
 
If your Garrison is ok with it, he doesn't necessarily need to troop with the hat on. But definitely run it by your Garrison command staff though.

Im the Deployment Officer for the IOC (the guy who approves L2 and L3), and thought I should shed some light on this matter. Basically, what Kris said above is right. As of right now, you can get L2 and L3 with the "standard" Imperial Staff Officer uniform, using ANH configurations (rank bar, belt boxes, code cylinders, etc.). R1 and Solo variations are also allowed. However, in the future (dont know exactly when), as Jeff mentioned above, when we get around to updating the Staff Officer CRL, this will be phased out. Therefore, its not "future-proof". If you wanted to play it safe, you can always try and emulate a Staff Officer from R1 or Solo and get the corresponding pieces for those. 

One potential problem with this costume is the low graphics makes it difficult to interpret what the game designers had in mind for this officer. 

I concur.  It's $30-50 for custom (price went up for the officer ), and it can pay for itself in more than one way:
 
1) If further alterations at a local tailor are needed, chances are they won't be as extensive as if you bought off the shelf sizes.
 
2) If you buy custom, and they screw it up, they'll work with you to fix it.  If you buy off the shelf stock sizes, and it doesn't fit, their stance will be "tough luck, you ordered the wrong size".
